1. Order Cancellation or Modification

Orders cannot be changed or canceled after 24 hours, as we begin processing them for shipment.
2. Return for Refund
We accept returns for refunds within 30 days of delivery. To qualify:
• The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.
• The item must be free from damage, stains, or modifications.
• You must provide the original receipt or proof of purchase.
• All returns must be pre-approved by our customer service team.
How to Request a Refund:

Shipping Fee Refund Conditions:
• Shipping fees are non-refundable, except when:
• The item was incorrect, defective, or damaged due to our error.
• The package was lost in transit by the carrier.
• For personal reasons (e.g., changed mind, wrong size), shipping fees are not refunded and the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
3. Return for Exchange
You may request an exchange for a different size, color, or a replacement for a defective item within 30 days of delivery.

Shipping Fee Policy for Exchanges:
• If the exchange is due to our error (wrong or defective item), we cover all shipping costs.
• If it’s due to personal reasons, the buyer is responsible for return and re-shipping costs.
